All participants stand in a circle about one pace apart from each other. Their arms should be stretched forward and their hands folded. Now the first person starts and says “Zip”, swinging the arms in one direction to another participant. At “Zip” the next participant simply has to pass on the movement in the same direction. By saying “Zap” and swinging the arms the other way a participant can change the direction of the movement. By saying “Boing” the participant passes the movement on to the person standing opposite of him/her in the circle while pointing at him/her with the folded hands.
