Within the framework of the IZ Academy, the IZ offers experience-oriented and innovative training on topics from the areas of diversity, diversity competence and transculturality. During the two-day training courses, participants develop options for action that make them fit for the diverse everyday world – in the working world, as volunteers and in their daily dealings with their immediate environment.

The course “Diversity and Intercultural Competencies” takes place once a year and is aimed at people who deal with cultural diversity in their everyday and professional lives and who would like to expand their intercultural competencies.

Within the framework of the IZ Academy, the IZ offers seminars and workshops in organizations and companies that are tailored to the respective needs. The focus is on the topics of diversity and inclusion, intercultural competence, prejudice-conscious education, intercultural communication and intercultural conflict management.

Within the framework of the project “Healthy Offers for Schools” of Wiener Gebietskrankenkasse and the City of Vienna, Viennese schools can apply for financial support for school workshops of the IZ. The workshops are about diversity, (intercultural) communication, dealing with conflicts and respect on the net.
