The group is spilt up into pairs. In the pairs, one person leads the movement, the other person mirrors the leader’s movement. After several movements, change roles. Explore a third variation where no one is leading and the two persons attune to each other. Observe which movements emerge. It is helpful to use music for this variation.
In groups of three or four, the participants form a triangle or a square. All face in one direction. The leader is at the tip of the triangle or the corner of the square. The leader offers simple movements, music is used to inspire the mood. The group mirrors the movements offered. Everybody in the group gets the opportunity to lead the group like a flock of geese.
