The participants stand in a circle. Participant 1 makes eye contact with someone in the circle (participant 2) and swaps places with him/her. This should be done in different ways: fast, slow, lightly, stomping, as a martial artist, a sumo wrestler, a queen, a monkeys, a crocodile… Then participant 2 swaps places with somebody else, and so on. The trainer should use directives that cover a wide range of different movement qualities, playful characters and levels (floor – high). Alternatively, the participants can come up with their own kind of movement.
