Everyone stands on the same baseline and the facilitator asks questions related to the workshop topic. As a respone, the participants take steps as if they were on a scale reaching from 1 to 10.

These questions, for example, are related to decision-making and feeling respected:

  • Do you feel that you are fully respected in your school environment?
  • Do you feel that you are an important part in the decision-making process in your school?
  • Is everyone in your school being listened to equally?
