Description
The participants stand in a circle. The group leader introduces him/herself by saying his/her name and one characteristic that begins with the same letter as his/her first name (e.g. Catherine and creative). After this short introduction round the trainer pretends to hold a very sticky ball in his/her hands and throws this imaginary ball to another group member. He/she pretends to catch the ball in a pantomimic way and also introduces him/herself by name and characteristic. The imaginary ball is passed on as theatrically as possible. The game continues until everyone has had a turn.
