The Youth Goals are the eleven European goals for a youth-friendly Europe of the future. They point out, within which ranges still change must happen, so that young humans can unfold their potential.
The Youth Goals were also included in the official Austrian and European youth strategy.
The Youth Goals were created in 2018 within the framework of the Austrian EU Council Presidency. Across Europe, around 50,000 young people took part and announced their goals and wishes in the field of youth policy. From the answers we have – under scientific supervision – developed the eleven Youth Goals and their respective individual goals. All EU member states were involved in their development and support them.
